Security Account Manager

Arrow Security Account Managers are tasked with managing the ongoing security efforts of their corresponding client site. In this capacity the account manager manages a team of dedicated Arrow Security staff that serve under a client's account. Excellent management and administrative skills are needed to effectively perform this key role. The ultimate goal of the account manager is to ensure and maintain 100% client satisfaction for the duration of the security contract. When a client renews their contract with Arrow Security, this is a testament to the good work being done by the account manager. An Arrow Security account manager performs a wide variety of tasks, including:

. Managing security guards, site and shift supervisors.
. Cultivating good onsite work environment for Arrow Security staff members.
. Determining security resources needed for a client's sites.
. Ensuring that all Arrow Security policies and procedures are followed.
. Fostering strong ties with clients and employees.
. Assuring that all client expectations are met.
. Ensuring that all contractual obligations to client are being executed correctly and effectively.
