Security Road Supervisor/Alarm Responder
NOTE: 2 YEARS OF SECURITY GUARD, OR POLICE/MILITARY, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Arrow Security Road Supervisors manage all mobile patrol efforts at multiple sites for our clients' locations. It is an important position that requires excellent monitoring and supervisory skills. Road supervisors often serve as first responders in emergent security matters, and must have the ability to effectively make critical on-the-spot decisions. They must also properly and accurately convey dynamic security conditions to the security dispatcher, as well as other security staff members. They must have a comprehensive knowledge of Arrow Security's dispersed security monitoring and alarming equipment. Excellent driving and communication skills are imperative for proper performance of this function. An Arrow Security road supervisor performs a wide variety of tasks, including:
. Effectively resolves and calls in emergent security matters or changes in security conditions to dispatch.
. Performs regular security checks of different sites.
. Ensures that security orders/mandates are being properly executed at each post/site.
. Properly assesses and interprets monitor/surveillance data.
. Inspects performance of security equipment and alarms.
. Maintains accurate patrol log.
