Arrow Security Shift Supervisors operate at an onsite management capacity for all security staff during their shift. Shift supervisors ensure that all security staff members are properly meeting Arrow Security uniform, presentation and conduct code. They also ensure that each security staff member is properly assigned to his/her corresponding task, and provide task-specific instruction for the corresponding shift. An Arrow Security shift supervisor performs a wide variety of tasks, including:
. Delegates specific security tasks to staff members.
. Coordinates proper qualification, escalation and resolution of security issues.
. Ensures the proper execution of all security tasks, and that all security posts are properly manned.
. Performs regular patrols to ensure continued safety of site, as well as to manage performance of security staff.
. Oversees the accurate completion of all security reports for their shift.
. Manage inventory of all security equipment used for the shift.
