Arrow Security Site Supervisors play an integral role in our continuous effort to deliver the best security service possible. They supervise and inspect all security guards and officers that have been assigned to a location to ensure that all security tasks and responsibilities are being performed to their highest level of quality. Site Supervisors are also tasked with reviewing regularly issued security reports and assessing security conditions at all times. They are also responsible for issuing and revising security policies and procedures.
The Arrow Security Site Supervisor is the client's point person for all matters related to site security. They also coordinate the performance of, and disseminate procedural information to, all security guards working on the clients' site. This role is typically performed by security guards with several years of effective security experience.
