Daniel R. Bowe is the hub of daily operations for Arrow Security; overseeing the flagship office and coordinating operations with various partnerships and branches around the globe. Mr. Bowe started his security experience performing operations and training in various Special Operation Units and Inter-service Task Forces. In Counter and Anti-terrorism operations within the U.S. Marine Corps; he learned protective knowledge and technique from the best schools and trainers in the U.S.; and protected high-ranking officials and highly valuable and/or dangerous property of the U.S. In the civilian world he has performed Physical Security and Investigations in every type of location and niché market there is. Ted Marshall brings over 30 years experience to the security and investigation industry.
Ted began his career in the United States Air Force and graduated from the Air Force Security Police Academy. During the Vietnam War, he served with the Combat Security Police K-9 teams protecting U.S. Air Force bases. Stateside, he was assigned to Strategic Air Command protecting Alert B-52 Bombers armed with nuclear weapons. His duties also included transportation and storage protection of nuclear weapons.
After leaving the Air Force Ted completed his degree in Police Science & Criminal Investigation at the University of Illinois, Chicago. After school Ted briefly worked for a detective agency in the Chicago area before returning to his home state of Florida.
In 1981 Ted returned to Tampa Florida and began what has become an illustrious 30-year career providing security and investigative services in Tampa across Florida and nation wide. Ted is a State Certified and Nationally Certified K License Firearm Instructor.
